Cataloguing the flora of Southeast Asia
A reliable checklist of flora is essential for conserving and understanding the flora of Southeast Asia; however, this is challenging in a region spanning many political boundaries and so sparsely collected. Joyce et al. (2020) produced the first preliminary checklist of the flora of the region, but this list needs to be strategically recompiled and updated with expert verification and consultation with end users.
